IOOC Begins Production From Irans Largest Platform In Reshadat Field
The Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) has begun oil production from a new platform in Reshadat oil field, which it says is the countrys largest. Brought on-stream on 18 October, its topsides weigh 4,500 tons. IOOC says it will increase Reshadat oil production from the current 7,000 b/d to around 35,000 b/d by the end of the Iranian year on 20 March 2012. IOOCs...
