Syria has found alternative markets for its crude exports, following the imposition of sanctions, and is in the process of finalizing new contracts with countries like Malaysia, Indonesia, and Iran, as well as Russia, China and India, the Syrian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Sufian 'Alaw told parliament on 17 October, adding however that this would need some time....
