Kuwait Prepares to Award Contracts for Oil Lake Clean Up
Kuwait's KPC is expected to award contracts shortly to four internationalfirms for the clean up of the gigantic oil lakes which have formed as a resultof spillages from damaged oil wells, MEES learns. The quantity of oil to berecovered from the lakes is reckoned to be in the region of 70mn barrels.
