Iraq Is Working To Restore Gulf Export Capacity From Mina Al-Bakr
Although prospects for the resumption of Iraqi oil exports under the UN planstill look rather dim given the current political climate, on the technicallevel the Iraqis are evidently putting in a good deal of hard work on restoringproduction and export capacity - particularly the damaged Gulf offshore terminalat Mina al-Bakr.
