BP Sells Producing Interest in Suco to Repsol and Shell May Put Up its Share for Sale
British Petroleum is selling its producing interest in the Suez Oil Company (Suco) to Repsol of Spain. Suco - owned 50% by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) and 16.67% each by Deminex (operator), Shell and BP - is currently producing about 105,000 b/d from three fields in the Gulf of Suez, namely Ras Budran, Ras Fanar and Zeit Bay....
