Iranian Parliament Begins 1992 Budget Deliberations
Mr. Masoud Roghani-Zanjani, the head of Iran's Budget and PlanningOrganization, presented a draft budget for next year to the Parliament on 2December. The budget, which covers Iranian year 1371, equating to the year from21 March 1992, projects big increases in higher education, health and socialaffairs.
