No Change in Qatar Price Formula for November
Qatar's QGPC has left unchanged its retroactiveNovember price formula for term customers at Oman monthly assessment (MPM) priceplus 85 cents/B for Qatar Dukhan and MPM plus 80 cents/B for Qatar Marine. Theactual prices for Qatar crudes for November and the past 10 months of 1991, inline with the formulas applicable during the period, were as follows ($/B):
