OECD Forecasts Oil Demand Increase of 0.9% in 1992 and 1.5% in 1993
In its latest forecast - contained in the December 1991 issue of thebi-annual OECD Economic Outlook - the OECD is projecting world oil demandincreases of 0.9% in 1992 and 1.5% in 1993. According to the OECD figures, worldoil demand remains unchanged from 1990 at 66.1mn b/d in 1991, and is forecast torise to 66.7mn b/d in 1992 and 67.7mn b/d in 1993.
