Bandar Abbas Refinery to Start Up in 1993 with 232,000 b/d Capacity
Iran's Oil Ministry saidin Tehran on 30 December that the Bandar Abbas refinery, currently underconstruction, will start production in 1993 with a capacity of 232,000 b/d. Therefinery will process 220,000 b/d of heavy crude oil and 12,000 b/d of naturalgas, from the Sarkhun gas field north of the port city.
