Impasse On Iraqi Oil Exports Will Ease 2Q Supply Problem For OPEC
At least one major uncertainty with regard to second-quarter OPEC crude oilsupply has now been removed: following the cancellation of the scheduled 5-7February oil talks between Iraq and the UN, there is now virtually zero prospectof any resumption of Iraqi oil exports during 2Q (see detailed story on pageA2).
