Bahrains CO2 Recovery Plant Inaugurated At Sitra
A $55mn carbon dioxide recovery plant has been inaugurated in Bahrain, the first facility of its kind in the Middle East. The recovery unit, owned by Gulf Petrochemical Industries Company (GPIC) and located at its complex in Sitra, can capture up to 450 tons/day of CO2, making it one of the worlds largest.
