Kuwait Airways Agrees Financing for 11 Aircraft
Kuwait Airways has reached agreement with banks to arrange finance for itspurchase of 11 aircraft, but the issuing of formal mandates to the banks isbeing held up because the airline's statutes prevent it from raising money inits own name. The 11 aircraft are split into two packages as follows:
