Tallow Group Signs for East Al-Sham Permit
A group headed by Ireland's Tallow Oil (operator, 24%) and comprising ClydePetroleum (27%), Malaysia's Petronas Carigali (20%), Pict Petroleum (19%), andSeafield Resources (10%) has signed a production sharing agreement with Syriafor oil exploration in the East al-Sham permit in eastern Syria.
