ABB Acquires 51% of Arescon
Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) has acquired 51% of the Bahrain-based Arab EngineeredSystems and Controls Company EC (Arescon). As of 21 June the company's name waschanged to ABB Arescon EC and integrated into ABB's worldwide network. ABBArescon will be ABB's regional engineering center for process automation,process analysis, and instrumentation for the Middle East and North Africa.
