World Crude Oil Production Declines 0.8% in 1991, Says CIA
World crude oil production, excluding natural gas liquids, stood at 58.754mnb/d in 1991, compared to 59.224mn b/d in 1990, or a decline of 0.79%, accordingto the 30 June International Energy Statistical Review published by the USCentral Intelligence Agency (CIA).
