Algerian Central Bank Governor Replaced
Mr. Abderrahmane Hadj Nacer resigned as Governor of Algeria's Central Bank on20 July, and has been replaced by Mr. Abdel-Wahab Keramane. Mr. Hadj Nacer hadbeen governor for for three years, and his term had another three years to run.His successor has served as Algeria's ambassador in Brazil and Zimbabwe, andprior to joining the foreign service he worked for the state oil company...
