World Bank to Lend Egypt $200mn for Sidi Kerir Power Plant
The World Bank hasagreed in principle to extend a loan of $200mn to Egypt to cover part of thecost of constructing the third and fourth units at the projected 1,200-megawatt Sidi Kerir power plant near Alexandria.
