Omani GDP Falls Back Slightly in 1991
Oman's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), measured in current prices, fell by 0.9%in 1991 to OR4,054.6mn ($10,531mn), according to figures published by theCentral Bank. GDP in 1990 was exceptionally high - exceeding 1989 GDP by 26.4% -due to the surge in oil prices which followed the invasion of Kuwait.
