Saudi Arabia Raises Refining Throughput by Over 300,000 b/d
Saudi Arabia has raised its refining throughput by over 300,000 b/d since theoutbreak of the Gulf crisis, MEES is reliably informed. In September, Saudirefineries processed 1.772mn b/d of crude, as against a pre-crisis total of1.445mn b/d. Both joint-venture export refineries (Samarec/Shell at Jubail andSamarec/Mobil at Yanbu') are now operating at 300,000 b/d - 50,000 b/d abovetheir original...
