Oman Plans to Increase Production to 700,000 b/d
In a statement to the press on 30 September, the Director of Marketing in theOmani Oil Ministry, Mr. Rashid al-Barwani, said that Oman had decided to raiseits crude oil production from the present 660,000 b/d to 700,000 b/d in stagesover the next three months.
