Oil Markets In Disarray

The crude oil market is making an extraordinary spectacle of itself thesedays. Having plunged over $12/B in the 10- day period from 11 to 22 October, ithad regained $6.50/B or so by the close of Thursday 26 October; and by MEESpress time on Friday it was gyrating wildly on the winds of the latest mediainput, real or imagined.
