Iraq Offers Crude Oil for Egyptian Debts
Iraq has offered to pay debts of Egyptian companies and delayed payments forEgyptian workers in Iraq with crude oil, according to an official spokesman ofthe Iraqi Embassy in Cairo on 21 October.
