Iran Supplies Oil to Czechoslovakia
Iran has agreed to supply Czechoslovakia with 400,000 tons of crude oil in1990 and around three to six million tons (60,000 to 120,000 b/d) next year,according to Mr. Mahmoud Vazi, the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister, in astatement in Prague on 15 November. The Iranian official added that payment willbe made through barter arrangements of goods and services, particularly thebuilding of industrial plants in Iran.
