Gulf Crisis Costs Yemen $290mn in Foreign Aid

Yemen will lose YR3.5bn ($289mn) this year in foreign aid as a result of theGulf crisis, according to the country's Prime Minister, Mr. Haidar Abu Bakr al-'Attas.Foreign aid losses in 1991 are expected to be YR5.1bn ($421mn).
