Soviet Oil Exports to Decrease by 50% in 1991
The Soviet Union draft federal budget for 1991 has projected a 50% drop inoil exports in 1991. The budget, presented to the federal parliament on 26November, says that "oil exports will be reduced by a factor of about twocompared to the level forecast for 1990." Soviet oil exports in 1988 and1989 averaged 4.104mn b/d and 3.695mn b/d, respectively. No detailed and finalfigures are available yet on 1990...
