New ABC London Subsidiary Licensed to Operate from 1 January
London-based ABC International Bank Plc, the new wholly- owned subsidiary ofArab Banking Corporation, has been licensed to begin operations from 1 January1991, but the bank will delay starting business for a short time while thecurrent uncertainty in the Gulf continues.
