October Saw Big Boost in US Imports of Saudi Crude
October, the first month in which US imports of oil from Iraq and Kuwait werereduced to zero under the UN sanctions, witnessed a big boost in Saudi crudeimports into the US. Deliveries of Saudi crude to the US rose by over 300,000b/d, from 1.168mn b/d in September to 1.473mn b/d in October.
