Decline in US Oil Demand, Imports and Production in 1990
US oil demand, imports and domestic production all witnessed a decline in1990, according to the American Petroleum Institute. Domestic deliveries ofpetroleum products, a key measure of demand, averaged 16.96mn b/d in 1990compared to 17.325mn b/d in 1989, a drop of 2.1%.
