Kuwaiti Officials Well Prepared to Organize Post-War Reconstruction
The damage inflicted on Kuwait by Iraq between 2 August 1990 and earlyJanuary will cost $20bn to restore, according to Mr. Fawzi Sultan, the head ofthe committee planning the reconstruction of Kuwait.
