Iraq's Refineries Shut Down; Tankers Attacked
Iraq's refining capacity was shut down last week as a result of the intensive US-led allied aerial bombardment of the country. There is as yet no concrete information as to the extent of damage inflicted upon the major refineries at Baiji (320,000 b/d), Daura (95,000 b/d) and Basrah (155,000 b/d).
