Winds Stall Movement of Oil Spill
Reports from the Gulf indicate that southern and easterly winds have stalledfor the time being the movement of the huge oil spills in the Gulf, restrictingthem mainly to the war zone operations area extending over 128 kms. in lengthand 110 kms. in width.
