Phillips Makes New Discovery at South Umbaraka
Phillips Petroleum has made a new discovery in the South Umbaraka concessionarea in Egypt's Western Desert. The discovery well - IF11-1, named Kalabsha -tested at a rate of 2,380 b/d of oil and 1.043mn cu. ft./d of gas through aone-inch choke from a depth of 12,399-12,453 ft.
