New ABC London Subsidiary to Begin Operations in April
ABC International Bank Plc, the new London-based subsidiary of Arab BankingCorporation (ABC), will begin operations on 1 April. Mr. Abdulla Saudi, ABC'sChairman and Chief Executive, will be Executive Chairman of the new bank, whichwill be wholly-owned by ABC. The Managing Director will be Mr. Morven Hay, whowill retain his position as manager of ABC's London branch....
