Oil Production in Non-OPEC Developing Countries Rises 3.17% in 1990
Oil production (excluding NGLs and alcohol fuels) in major non-OPECdeveloping countries averaged 9.049mn b/d in 1990, compared to 8.771mn b/d in1989, or a rise of 3.17%, according to figures published in the latest issue ofthe IEA's OMR. There was a slight increase in production in Mexico, Brazil,Oman, Syria and Malaysia, as shown in the table below:
