Two American Companies File Suit Against Iraq
Two US firms have started legal claims against Iraq asking for compensation.Brown and Root is seeking $17.8mn from Iraq's State Company for Oil Projects (SCOP)for unpaid bills since the 2 August invasion for repairs it was carrying out onthe offshore terminals of Mina al-Bakr and Khor al-Amaya.
