CNPC And KMG Buy MangistauMunaiGaz
China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Kazakhstans state-owned oil and gas company KazMunaiGaz (KMG) on 25 November announced that they had purchased 100% of the common shares of JSC MangistauMunaiGaz (MMG) through open trade conducted on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange.
