Nigerian Output Averaged 1.83mn b/d in 1990, Plans 2.5mn b/d Capacity by1995, Minister Says
Nigeria's Oil Minister, Mr. Jibril Aminu, said in Lagos on 9 April thatNigerian output averaged 1.83mn b/d during 1990, following the OPEC decision tosuspend the quota system in August during the Gulf crisis.
