Investcorp's $250mn Financing is First Term Loan and First in Name ofLuxembourg Company
Twelve international banks have underwritten a $250mn three-year loan forLuxembourg-based Investcorp S.A., the principal financial entity of theInvestcorp group of companies whose administrative head office is in Manama. Theloan, which is priced at a hefty 65bp over Libor, is being coordinated byBankers Trust Company and J. P. Morgan....
