Libya to Supply Sudan with Crude until End 1991
The Sudanese Minister of Energy and Minerals, Mr. 'Abd al- Mun'im Khawjali,stated on 3 May that Libya had agreed to supply the Sudan with its requirementsof crude oil for domestic consumption until the end of 1991.
