Kuwait to Ask GCC States to Fulfill its Production Quota

Kuwait intends to ask the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states toassist in fulfilling the country's OPEC quota, according to Mr. Hammud al-Ruqbah,the Kuwaiti Minister of Oil.
