Turkey to Buy 50,000 b/d of Crude Oil from Libya
Turkey will purchase 50,000 b/d of crude oil from Libya during 1991,according to Mr. Mehmet Savran, the head of Turkey's state-owned oil refiningcompany TUPRAS.
