De Cuellar Wants Iraq to Pay 30% of Oil Revenues for Compensation; US Asksfor 50%
UN Secretary General Perez de Cuellar announced on 31 May that Iraq must paya maximum of 30% of its future oil revenues into a fund to compensate victims ofits invasion of Kuwait.
