World Bank Loan for Algeria Follows IMF Standby
The World Bank agreed on 25 June to lend Algeria $350mn to support afinancial reform program. The loan will be disbursed in two equal tranches,the first immediately and the second after a review of the program's progress.The 17- year loan has a five-year grace period.
