Libya to Clear Arrears on Official and Private Debts to Greece
Libya has agreed to clear its arrears on debts to official and privateentities in Greece, opening the way for an improvement in economic cooperationbetween the two countries, according to the London daily Al-Hayat. The newspapersays that Libya will pay commercial debts of $10mn (at 1986 prices), $20mn tofour private companies, and $3.5mn to official institutions....
