German Firms to Build Petrochemical Plant at Bandar Khomeini
Germany's Kloeckner Industriesanlage and Krupp Koppers will build a 175,000tons/year polyvinyl choloride plant at the Bandar Imam Khomeini petrochemicalcomplex on Iran's southern coast. A contract worth $150mn was awarded to the twoGerman firms by Iran's National Petrochemical Company. The plant will beginoperating within 28 months.
