NIC's Capital Doubled
The capital of Saudi Arabia's National Industrialization Company (NIC) hasbeen doubled to SR600mn ($160mn) from the current (fully paid up) SR300mn($80mn) following an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders in mid-July.The new capital is to be issued in SR50 ($13) shares which will be offered tothe company's existing shareholders by next October or November.
