Banks Invited to Finance Qatar's MTBE/Methanol Plant
Nine banks have been invited to participate in financing Qatar's $600mn MTBE/Methanolplant. Morgan Grenfell, the financial advisor to the project, met with the bankson 24/25 July and has asked them to express their interest by 2 August. Firmcommitments on financing will be required by the end of September. The nineinclude Citibank, Apicorp and banks from France, Germany...
