OPEC Should Cut Output if Kuwait and Iraq Resume Production, Says Ginanjar
Mr. Ginanjar Kartasasmita, the Indonesian Minister of Mines and Energy, saidlast week that OPEC should be prepared to lower output if supply in the fourthquarter exceeds demand because of the resumption of Kuwaiti and Iraqi oilproduction.
