Algeria's Revised 1991 Budget Proposes Big Increase in Spending
The Algerian Government has asked the People's Assembly to approve a revisedbudget for 1991 which would increase spending by 24%. The new budget, which wassubmitted to the assembly on 14 August, envisages total expenditure of AD230.8bn($12.8bn) and income of AD250.8.
