No Major Changes in Libyan Price Formulas for September
Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) has kept its September light crude price formulas for termcustomers mostly unchanged, with Zueitina and Brega remaining at Dated Brentplus 20 cents/B and Sirtica at parity with Dated Brent.
